Arcadia Team Again Selected for Inclusion in Lawdragon “100 Global Leaders in Litigation Finance” List

Arcadia Finance is pleased to share that all three of the company's Founders & Managing Directors—Ronit Cohen, David Kerstein, and Joshua Libling—have been named to Lawdragon's 2026 list of the "100 Global Leaders in Litigation Finance." This marks the second consecutive year that the full Arcadia team has been recognized on this prestigious list.

The list, Lawdragon's 7th annual guide dedicated to litigation finance, honors those who assess legal risk and provide funding for meritorious claims, create innovative insurance products, and advocate for greater access to justice.

In addition to her inclusion on the list, Ronit Cohen was one of only three honorees featured in the lead article introducing this year's guide. Lawdragon noted that Ronit is an early convert to the litigation funding field, having joined the industry in 2012, reviewing thousands of potential cases and overseeing underwriting for Arcadia. The profile also highlighted her work heading a pro bono effort to provide funding to wrongly accused individuals during their legal matters.
